To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to:

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StarMoon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. Prohibited uses include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform.

The information on this platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarMoon excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment.

In no event shall StarMoon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StarMoon and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
